Torrance County Fair Time August 9-15, 2009

It’s Fair Time, Once again, the Torrance County Fair Association is asking for your help to make this year’s Junior Livestock Sale a Success. Please put the sale on your calendar for Saturday, August 15th at 2:00p.m. If you are interested in purchasing an animal, but are unable to attend please call Mr. Kenneth Lujan, Fair Association President, at 384-2272, and he can make arrangements to purchase an animal on your behalf. You may also choose to create a Buyer’s Club where several buyers can put their resources together to purchase an animal.

Because of the tremendous support our area friends and merchants have provided in the past, the 4-H and FFA members from Torrance County have benefited by being able to further their education, while younger members continue to join and learn more about the Junior Livestock Program.

Remember, when you invest in our youth, you are investing in the future of New Mexico!
